Do you have herbs growing like weeds in your garden?  Or, what about your last trip to the farmers market, did you pick-up WAY too much?  This recipe uses fresh, local, and homegrown ingredients.  If you were looking for a new potato salad recipe to take to your next Summer gathering, this recipe is a true winner.  There is a mix of herbs, three different root vegetables, and colorful veggies to give this salad some serious flair.  To add more love to the already flavorful recipe, you will find a new addition to the CafeTerraBlog ingredient list.  There is a mustard-based sauce called Southern Gold from Voodoo Chef that is mixed in, and it’s amazing.  Are you ready to pack up that cooler with some delicious Farmers Market Herbed Potato Salad?

Farmers Market Herbed Potato Salad #HotSummerEats

Oh my word, I’m so sorry it has been so quiet over here.  A few weeks back I had to go to Michigan, I will share more on that later.  Then, the last couple weeks I have been writing like crazy to finish my third romance book.  Well, I’m happy to say, my book is officially in the edit phase.  For the next couple months I will be working on recipe developing, for nine recipes that will be included in the book.  YUM!

Farmers Market Herbed Potato Salad

This recipe is easily interchangeable- just throw in the vegetables you picked up at the farmers market.  If you have a fun mix of herbs growing in your garden, get wild and crazy, just mix and match the herbs.  The title says farmers market, so that means, anything goes!  Okay, are you ready for some fun?  I have teamed up with a great group of bloggers, and we will be sharing some fabulous recipes perfect for Summer.
