I’m Back! Did you miss me? This post will end up sharing a lot of information, so sit back, relax- and grab a cocktail. Today we have a boozy coffee drink, which was originally named Afternoon Coffee Delight. We agreed that was not an appropriate name for this post. Now, Writer’s Block Coffee Cooler… Perfect. Not only are there coffee ice cubes, you also have a medium roast coffee added to the drink. The Addition of kahlua was a must because, well… that’s always a good option. Who needs refills already on their Writer’s Block Coffee Cooler?
This last year has been so much fun, but busy, of course. I’m down to writing one post a week here on my blog. If only there were maybe six more hours in a day to get everything completed. If you remember, I’m also a romance author. I published “You’re Mine” the third book in The Winters Family Series back in August. Now I’m getting ready to publish my fourth book- book one in a new series- coming in November. Basically I plan to publish four books a year, and add to each series. Oh yeah, I forgot to share, I started writing my fifth book that will be available the beginning of 2016. Whew, I’m tired just writing that. Here is my Amazon Author Page so you can keep up to date on all my happenings. I also have a Facebook closed group for my Readers and Supporters, come on over and say hi!
This recipe is more about taste, you know I like posts that are geared more towards what YOU like. So the ingredients below can be switched around, and more fun things can be added. What I wanted to share with this post is my new Magic Bullet. It’s my new favorite kitchen toy. Hubby and I make smoothies every morning, and now I plan to make coffee drinks. I used my homemade kahlua for this recipe, and coffee ice cubes. Do you remember when I made homemade kahlua? Here is the post for the Homemade Kahlua recipe, a perfect liquor for the holiday season.
Here are some more recipes just for all you coffee lovers: Kahlua & Fudge Hot Chocolate, Hot Chocolate Liquor with Pumpkin, Homemade Frozen Coffee, Kahlua Brownies, Irish Coffee Blondies, Coffee Creme Brûlée, Chocolate Coffee Pull-Apart Bread.
