I found out about this recipe from a friend of mine who is always trying to live as healthy as possible, so he suggested it to me when I was trying to lose some weight following this great 3 week diet plan.  One 5 Minute Mediterranean Veggie Wrap has less than 150 calories and for a grown person a dish with two of them is more than enough. Sometimes I’ll make them for parties and when I am expecting company for watching a game or a movie. It’s great if you cut them into tiny pieces and you serve them as finger food.

Probably the best thing about this meal is that everybody can make them. You don’t need any special skills or equipment, plus it’s really cheap. You can make your family and friends happy with less than five dollars! So don’t just stand there, go to the supermarket, buy the ingredients and prepare this awesome recipe. Last, but not least, enjoy the excellent meal.

4 tortillas
1 tomato
3.5 oz sour cream
5-6 green olives
2 oz sweet corn
3.5 oz cheese
1 tbsp oregano
salt and pepper

Spread one tsp sour cream on top of the tortilla, add sprinkle of salt, pepper and oregano on top.

Add a piece of lettuce next and chop the tomatoes and olives.

After you have chopped the tomatoes and olives, start layering the tortilla with the rest of the ingredients. Add one layer tomatoes, then olives and corn.

At the top add a lot of cheese and roll the tortilla. Repeat the procedure with all four tortillas, and then cut them into three equal pieces.

You can serve them fresh or you can bake them in a preheated oven at 200 F for 5 minutes. Be careful and bake them for only a short amount of time just so the cheese can melt. All of the ingredients are fresh, so it is important to keep them that way.
