Here at Cafe Terra it’s been a bit quiet. I want to let you know, I’m here and doing awesome. If you’re curious about what I’ve been up to, you can follow my author page, Terra Kelly. I write contemporary romance and romantic suspense and work full-time self-publishing my books. I actually have a release coming in December for my next romantic suspense novel. As a writer, I’m always looking for the perfect go-to snack idea- AND because I sit to write, healthy is ALWAYS the better option. I love these cookies- they are so versatile. You can switch up the ingredients you mix with bananas- maybe add dark chocolate, some pumpkin, whatever grabs your taste buds.
