About Cafe’ Terra
In 2004, I graduated with a Nutritional Science degree from the University of Arizona. For my day job I work as a Senior Food Safety/Quality Assurance Auditor, for restaurants, hotels, resorts, amusement parks and even jails!
Food safety is not my only love, making-baking-cooking fun, sometimes healthy meals is my love and passion.
In August 2010 I began work on “52 ways to enjoy Chobani Greek Yogurt”. I will be sharing the recipes in an e-book.
Animals are a big part of my life, rescuing is near and dear to my heart. All of my furry kids have been rescued, they truly do love you unconditionally!
I enjoy developing new recipes, and changing old favorites. Just recently I got a new camera, so now my recipes will include some fun photography. I enjoy the creative side to food photography. Food styling is so much fun!
With my nutrition background, eating healthy is big part of my life, I try to find ways to make every dish healthier- BUT we do need to hang our healthy hat up once in awhile, and eat some delicious comfort food like cheesy happiness, coffee cakes, and even kahlua brownies!
Come on in, Have a seat, remember *ALL* animals welcome,
Hugs, Terra
