Welcome to my café, where the food is easy to prepare and your glass is always filled to the rim. The recipes you will find here are made with everyone in mind. With my nutritional science degree there will be healthier options served, but sometimes we will go off the wagon and enjoy a delicious treat.

Something new at CafeTerraBlog: wine pairing. I’m a brand ambassador for a few wine companies and I decided it was time to share all that I have learned. Of course, sometimes the wine will go in the food, too.

CafeTerraBlog was created in 2010. Fast-forward to present day and I never thought I would still be here, but look at us now we have a brand new website and good things on the horizon!

My day is not only spent in the kitchen preparing delicious meals, but you will also find me in front of a computer, typing away. In 2014, I published my first romance novel and continue to share stories- some with recipes included in the back of the books made by the characters.
